3 Years and Going Strong: Brief Media Is a Great Place to Work2 min read

For the third year in a row, Brief Media has been recognized for excellence by Great Place to Work®, the foremost authority on workplace culture and employee satisfaction. 

A company-wide survey revealed that employees feel they’re in a uniquely beneficial company. Words like “team,” “work-life balance,” and “flexible” were most commonly used to describe the experience of working at Brief Media.   

In addition to the positive employee feedback, Brief Media was assessed through Great Place to Work’s own proprietary, data-driven models. Perfected over 30 years, this reliable industry yardstick captures a company’s “human potential through effective leadership, meaningful values and deep foundation of trust with all employees”

By these measures, Brief Media has hit the mark again. And our leadership team, including our Chief Revenue Officer, Christie Bardo, is thrilled, albeit not necessarily surprised, because at Brief Media, people really do come first. 

Christie happily notes, “Hiring and supporting great people is the backbone of our company. Our shared passion for the mission of supporting veterinarians combined with the trust we have in each other creates a dynamic culture that keeps us moving forward, together.” 

In 2022, Brief Media continued its trend of sky-high employee satisfaction. Of the 52 employees who responded (61 surveyed), 100% said Brief Media is a great place to work and agreed that:

  • Management is approachable, highly competent, and ethical.
  • Management hires the right person for the job.
  • The company offers special and unique benefits.
  • Colleagues will go the extra mile to get the job done.
